How to install it

Tools you'll need

• Trim removal tools
• 13mm socket
• Torque wrench
• Wire loom

Step by step

1. 1

   Disconnect battery

   Remove the negative battery terminal before running any wiring.

   Mount the boards

   Attach each PowerStep to the rocker with the supplied brackets — do not fully torque yet.

3. 3

   Route the harness

   Feed the plug-and-play harness along the frame rail and up through the firewall grommet.

4. 4

   Torque and level

   Adjust for even step height, then torque brackets to 40 ft-lbs.

5. 5

   Reconnect and test

   Reconnect the battery, cycle each door twice, and confirm smooth deploy and retract.
