This page is maintained by CrossBrand to explain the rules and responsibilities for using the CrossBrand Marketing Network. It is app-owned editable content and not independent legal advice or a certification.

1. About the service

CrossBrand provides a marketing network platform for automotive aftermarket manufacturers. Participating brands can create product hubs, share installation and warranty information, and request or approve promotional placements from other participating brands. CrossBrand measures engagement and provides reporting tools to help brands understand the value of the network.

2. Who can use CrossBrand

CrossBrand is intended for businesses and authorized representatives in the automotive aftermarket industry. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your company to these terms. We review brand applications before granting access to the network.

3. Your responsibilities

When you use CrossBrand, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about your brand and products.
  • Only upload content, logos, videos, and documents you have the right to use.
  • Keep your account credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized access.
  • Use the platform in good faith and not to mislead customers, infringe intellectual property, or distribute harmful content.

4. Content you upload

You retain ownership of the content you upload to your brand hub. By uploading content, you grant CrossBrand a license to display, store, and distribute that content through the platform as needed to operate your hub and any approved placements. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate the rights of others.

5. Placements and the brand network

Promotional placements between brands are voluntary and require approval from both parties. CrossBrand provides the tools to request, review, and display placements, but we do not guarantee any specific number of impressions, clicks, or business outcomes. Billing and settlement terms for paid placements will be described in a separate agreement or order form.

6. Termination

Either you or CrossBrand may suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ends, but provisions related to content ownership, liability, and dispute resolution will survive.

7. Disclaimers and liability

CrossBrand is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CrossBrand's liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars if no payment was made.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
